Ingredients
- 1 Joseph’s Flax Pita Bread
- 1/2 pound shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cilantro divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 5 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 slices of thin baby Swiss cheese
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Cut the pita in half through the center of the circle to create two pockets for your sandwich. Warm the pita in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven if desired.
- Add your thin baby swiss cheese, shredded chicken, avocado, and tomatos.
- Drizzle with yogurt sauce, olive oil, and top with fresh cilantro.
- Transfer to plate and enjoy!
