Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavash flatbread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup spinach pesto (or your favorite store-bought pesto)
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, torn or shredded
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze/reduction
  • large handful fresh basil, julienne cut
  • grated Parmesan for garnish, optional
  • Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Once oven is preheated, bake lavash on a non stick pan for 5 minutes, until crisp.
  3. Add your toppings: Take your lavash out of the oven, drizzle on olive oil and spread pesto. Add mozzarella and grape tomatoes.
  4. Bake your creation in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze. Top with fresh basil, grated parmesan, and a sprinkle of kosher salt. Enjoy!
