Ingredients
- 1 Joseph’s Lavash flatbread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup spinach pesto (or your favorite store-bought pesto)
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, torn or shredded
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze/reduction
- large handful fresh basil, julienne cut
- grated Parmesan for garnish, optional
- Kosher salt
Directions
- Pre heat the oven to 450°F.
- Once oven is preheated, bake lavash on a non stick pan for 5 minutes, until crisp.
- Add your toppings: Take your lavash out of the oven, drizzle on olive oil and spread pesto. Add mozzarella and grape tomatoes.
- Bake your creation in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze. Top with fresh basil, grated parmesan, and a sprinkle of kosher salt. Enjoy!
