Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph’s Flax Pita Bread
  • 1/2 pound shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 5 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 2 slices of thin baby Swiss cheese
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Cut the pita in half through the center of the circle to create two pockets for your sandwich. Warm the pita in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven if desired.
  2. Add your thin baby swiss cheese, shredded chicken, avocado, and tomatos.
  3. Drizzle with yogurt sauce, olive oil, and top with fresh cilantro.
  4. Transfer to plate and enjoy!
